Back to School...

The lazy days of summer are gone, and Isaiah is back to school. We spent his last free weekend before 2nd grade at the farm. He is now big enough that Grandpa has entrusted him with learning how to drive the 3-wheeler! A few more practices with Grandpa, and someday he will be the official driver. He kept busy for the weekend - he helped lay cement, took apart a carburator, made raspberry jelly and Swedish pancakes, and made dog treats for Kandee, Libby and Lucy.

Elijah continues to be a joy, and a challenge! He is a ball of fire and attitude, followed by hugs and kisses (and then more attitude). He climbs anything and everything, and hasn't yet learned cause and effect! Like his Uncle Robbie, he needs a tattoo on his arm that says "Trouble"! He thoroughly enjoyed the Olympics. I try to limit his tv exposure, but he loved the swimming. Above he is sitting with Nana, clapping for another swim competition.
