I've got a Climber on my hands

I just witnessed, for the first time, Elijah push a high chair across the kitchen, and climb all the way up it, to reach the 5 gallon bottled water on the counter top. I was so stunned that he was smart enough to shove the chair across the room, I sat just sat here in amazement as he climbed it. Holy mackerel. I then went to get him down and he threw a holy tantrum in my arms.

I baked cookies in the last half hour. By "baked" - I mean "I took them from the packaging and put them on a baking sheet". I thank Pillsbury for inventing ready-to-bake cookies. Between that and Nana's REAL cookies, that's the only baking my kids get. I gave Elijah a cookie, told him it was a cookie, and I could swear he walked off with it and said "cookie". Wowwww!!

So now he can say Dada, Mama, Ca-coo (thank you), Go and Cookie. What a proud mama.

Yesterday my Sierra called just to visit with me. She was very bubbly and we had a great chat. We talked about High School Musical, the new yard shed, and going to see Mamma Mia. She asked how old Elijah will be when he finally gets to go on a plane to see her. Oh goodness, I don't know. Probably not for a few years - not soon enough.

By the way Sierra, I'm not going to see that anymore. I heard from a few people, and the critics on the Sunday Morning Show, that it is really not that good! I will hold out and save my money to go see the next chic flick that comes out. And I want to see High School Musical 3 in September!!
